Production Blog: First Few Seconds

During spring break, my group and i started our recording process for our film for our final task. Our group  has been working hard to get our first scene right. The first clip of the video is about 15 - 30 seconds long. After finishing it the editor of the group has begun doing the editing process of the film. Since the break, we haven't done much recording since. We want to film each scene piece by piece. We also understand that some of the group mates might b busy from time to time that's why we broke up our filming dates. We are also still currently in the starting process of our film. We do plan on doing some more recording this weekend since we do have a 3 day weekend and it gives us much time to do some recording. We plan on recording our second scene of the film and then try to do some more recording throughout the week. If we do this and the plan works out in our favor, our film can potentially be due before the actual due date. Our group want to make sure that we get everything done because if there is any technical difficulties while doing the submitting and posing that wouldn't be good for our group. We also want to make sure that all of our recording is there. Before any editing begins, we will watch each and every clip to make sure that each scene of the film is there. This saves us much time to begin editing instead of running from place to place to film. Rehearsing and filming the next scene for our film i next. And this time it is a different character. Each scene will probably provide the different characters and they all come together at the end trying to figure out what happened. We look forward as a group to the next few days of recording. And we plan to do the same strategies that we used last week when we filmed. If we can't film this weekend, we plan on moving it into the week.
