Final Task

This concludes our final task for our project. Making this project with my group was very fun and adventurous. We went to many different places to film, though some were not the perfect spot to film, the adventure of going to different places with my group was amazing. During this project, with my group, I fully realized that you don't always have to stress and struggle with doing a school task. These types of task are like no other school task or school assignment, we actually get to record which is very fun for some people such as myself. 

I think the group choosing of this project was pretty good too. I actually know everyone participating in the film personally so throughout the recording process, actually the whole project process, there wasn't any lack of communication. We would always make sure that we would submit our blogs on time and make sure that all of us are on the same page most of the time. The project showed and taught all of us how teamwork actually helps. Being on the same page, agreeing with things and making it happen. 

Even though the film didn't go exactly the same we planned, it still came out good. In the beginning, we chose to to do our film about school but at the end the production was totally different. One thing about our group, we can really procrastinate. I do truly think that if we limited the procrastination on the film, it would have went the same way that we planned in the beginning. 

Like said before, this project was a great experience. My group and I had fun and we created a film that we really liked. I would for sure work with this group again. I do wish that we could have added another person to the project but it still came out great. In the beginning, trying to piece up the film was kind of bumpy and confusing because we really didn't know what we wanted to film, but when we found out, we basically rocketed and started planning smart ideas for the film and we just went with it. But okay, enough talking, here's our film!

Production Blog: Halfway There

 My group and I are still currently filming our video for our final task. The due date for the assignment is almost near and we are halfway through the video. We currently recorded the parts where we decided that we were going to split then this weekend, we plan to meet up at a park and rehearse the last scene of the film. Due to the fact that the assignment is due in a week, I think my group is on perfect timing. After the meet on Sunday, we plan to start editing the video so that we can attach it to our blogs. On Sunday, it is our last shooting day out of 4. We plan on meeting up at a park where we all are close by, and we will shoot the last minute or the last few seconds of the film. Production Blog: First Few Seconds

During spring break, my group and i started our recording process for our film for our final task. Our group  has been working hard to get our first scene right. The first clip of the video is about 15 - 30 seconds long. After finishing it the editor of the group has begun doing the editing process of the film. Since the break, we haven't done much recording since. We want to film each scene piece by piece. We also understand that some of the group mates might b busy from time to time that's why we broke up our filming dates. We are also still currently in the starting process of our film. We do plan on doing some more recording this weekend since we do have a 3 day weekend and it gives us much time to do some recording. We plan on recording our second scene of the film and then try to do some more recording throughout the week. Production Blog: Sunday and Final Plans

 Finally, my group and I have officially decided what we were going to do and we confirmed it. So now, because we still haven't recorded our final part of the film, which will be recorded on Sunday, we are still at Base B with our film but for sure we are almost done. Currently, every member of the group has their own parts. Like said before in the last blog, we want to start editing our film around next Tuesday so that we can submit our film on Thursday. To start editing on Tuesday, we have to submit all of our clips by Tuesday so our editor of the group can start editing. It is for sure that every person apart of our group will be in the film. I will be in the first clip, I will be the one who commits suicide. Most likely I will only be in that only clip of the film. I will also be apart of another clip but I will be on a flyer.
